    Mark this down as world history, from ur meal plan I have lost a healthy 17lbs as of today after 5 weeks. And this is without going to the gym. This week I am adding in working out and can't wait to see if I can lose the other 15lbs to reach my goal!! Love u and thank you

    Thanks Marjan !! I love how you explain all these diets to regular people. They are all so confusing, and you are right , they all amount to calorie deficits. I think we all try to fight our bodies for asthetic reasons. I will say that the most amazing results came from me lifting weights . I'm so glad I made the switch from Just Cardio to lifting weights . I would actually look at the way men train and noticed all the gains they were making . More women should lift weights . They are afraid that they will look like a man , which is such a myth. Oh I'm rambling on and on . Thanks for the informative Vlog !
